“75 Plus” – DEDICATED TELEPHONE LINE FOR PASSPORTS
The Consulate General of Italy in Toronto is glad to announce the launch of a new service, in its testing phase, dedicated only to Italian nationals who are aged 75 and above, starting from November 7, 2022.
The “75 plus” service will allow people who may be less familiar with the use of technology to book an appointment for their new Italian passport just by calling the number:
(+1) 437-522-2402, every Monday from 11am to 12pm.
A consular employee will make sure that the caller can benefit from the service and will give an appointment for the first available date (always on a Friday).

Call on Monday, November 14, for appointments on Friday, November 18
Call on Monday, November 21, for appointments on Friday, November 25
Call on Monday, November 28, for appointments on Friday, December 2
Call on Monday, December 5, for appointments on Friday, December 9
Call on Monday, December 12, for appointments on Friday, December 16
From November 7, 2022 up to December 16, 2022, the service will go through its testing phase.
At the beginning of 2023, based on the experience and feedbacks of the previous months, we will share a new calendar.
