  1. How do I know if the Consulate received my request for an appointment?

Applicants will receive an automated reply from toronto.info@esteri.it. Please check your junk folder. The automated reply in itself serves as confirmation of reception. 1. How do I know if my request for an appointment has not been accepted or if the limit of 40 appointments has been reached?

Failure to receive an appointment confirmation email from the Consulate by August 6th means the appointment is not confirmed and the user will not be able to attend. The Consulate will do its best to respond to each individual communication.

Information regarding when the maximum number of 40 appointments has been reached will be posted on the Consulate website.

6. What to expect on the day of the appointment and what documents should I bring?

The paperwork will be processed in Toronto, and the passport(s), once ready, will be mailed to the applicants’ address, in a prepaid, self-addressed envelope to be provided by the applicants on the day of the appointment.
