The events of the “Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World” continued in Toronto.
On November 18th the Federation of the Italian Chef – Canada Delegation presented the Albo D’Oro Awards, at the Columbus Center, recognizing Chefs who are upholding the high quality of the Italian Cuisine in Ontario.
It has been a pleasure to be there, together with COMITES Toronto, to support the good efforts (and exquisite results!) of the Federation, which is now officially a partner of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the future Italian Cuisine Weeks.
