The emergency on-call number is operational during office closing hours, from 4pm to 9pm on working days and from 8am to 9pm on holidays.
In case of messages left in the voicemail, a duty officer shall return the call as soon as possible and depending on the circumstances. Kindly note that messages regarding regular consular services or requests for appointment shall not be considered as urgent, therefore the call will not be returned.
