Exceptionally, on December 3, 2025, slots are available from before 6:00 PM local time.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Starting December 4, every day around 6:00 PM Toronto time, the system opens a new day of appointments, on a scrolling basis.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The calendar also allows\u00a0<strong>bookings on behalf of third parties<\/strong>, but\u00a0<strong>only for parents who need to book an appointment for their minor children<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>The calendar is 6-week long until the end of January, to allow for bookings made in December, but it will be shortened to 4 weeks by the end of January<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Therefore,<strong>\u00a0if the user logs in and does not find any available appointments, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">it does not mean that the calendar is already fully booked until the end of 2026<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span>but rather that there is no availability in the period displayed (which, as specified, is limited).<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>A Waiting List service will be activated in January.<\/strong> If all appointments are booked but there are some availabilities in the \u201c<strong>Waiting List<\/strong>\u201d, users will be given the option to sign up to the latter and the system will automatically assign the first available slot.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Warning<\/strong>: if you refuse the appointment offered by the WL, you will exit the WL and must start again from the beginning.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Please, remember that the\u00a0<strong>WL has a limited number of places<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0<strong>maximum time of permanence<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Once the maximum time of permanence in the WL has elapsed without the system being able to assign an appointment, the user will automatically exit the WL and must restart the booking process via the Prenot@mi web portal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/constoronto.esteri.it\/en\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-italiano\/carte-didentita\/\">Electronic Identity Card<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>2025 C<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">alendar open from December 3, 2025, for <strong>bookings from January 2026<\/strong>. Exceptionally, on December 3, 2025, slots are available from before 6:00 PM local time. The calendar is scrolling daily. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">New appointments are published starting at 6:00 p.m. Toronto time.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>The service is intended exclusively for Italian citizens registered with AIRE in the consular district of the Consulate General of Italy in Toronto<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A Waiting List Service will be activated in January.
